PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Yen Huang, an endangered missing person. Yen was last seen on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 7:00 AM, in the area of the 1000 block of Green Street, walking south on 10th Street towards Spring Garden Street.
Yen Huang is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds, with a medium build, short black hair, and brown eyes. She may be wearing a grey shirt with black stripes and sleeves, black pants, and black sneakers. Additionally, she walks with a limp, which makes her easily identifiable.
The Philadelphia Police Department is urging anyone with any information about Yen Huang’s location to come forward and assist in the investigation.
