HANOVER, PA – Nicole Shaffer was arrested and charged on Thursday for strangulation, simple assault, and harassment.
These charges came as a result of a domestic altercation that occurred in the 200 block of Georgetown Court.
She has been handed over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further proceedings.
