HUDSON COUNTY, NJ – Four individuals were arrested in Secaucus on Wednesday, following an extensive investigation led by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration – New Jersey Division.

The operation led to the seizure of more than two kilograms of cocaine, over 125 grams of fentanyl, and cash exceeding $6,000, believed to be proceeds from drug transactions.

The arrested individuals include Franklin Rodriguez-Liberto, 40, from Jersey City, who faces a myriad of charges, including Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Distribute, and Money Laundering.

Richard Pena-Rodriguez, 37, from Union City; Steven Reyes, 44, from North Bergen; and Christopher Delacruz, 24, from New York, are all charged with Conspiracy to Distribute.

Following the arrests on Mill Creek Drive in Secaucus, all four suspects were transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. The charges stem from numerous narcotics transactions in Secaucus and Kearny between April and July.
