ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – Showboat Resort Atlantic City is making headlines in the entertainment world as it proudly announces the addition of the world’s largest Zoltar machine to its renowned Lucky Snake Arcade. With this impressive installation, the arcade now claims the title of the world’s largest arcade, offering visitors an unforgettable experience of history and clairvoyant entertainment.

The iconic Zoltar machine, known for its fortune-telling capabilities, holds a special place in arcade game history, being one of the very first ever created. Its fame skyrocketed after its memorable appearance in the award-winning movie “Big,” starring Tom Hanks. Now, guests and visitors at Showboat Resort can step back in time and have their fortunes told by this record-breaking animatronic wonder, conveniently located in the lobby walkway leading to the arcade.

Ideal for photo opportunities and seeking words of wisdom or granted wishes, the Zoltar machine allows adults to relive a nostalgic relic from the past, while children can indulge in an amusing and enchanting form of entertainment. Each fortune dispensed by the Zoltar machine costs $2, ensuring a delightful and affordable experience for all.

The custom-made Zoltar machine was proudly manufactured in the U.S., representing 100% American craftsmanship. Standing at an impressive 5×5 feet and towering at 11 feet tall, this Zoltar machine takes the crown as the largest of its kind in the world. It joins forces with the already beloved Zoltan machine, affectionately known as the “evil stepbrother” of Zoltar.

Bart Blatstein, the Tower Investments CEO and owner of Showboat, expressed his enthusiasm about the new addition, stating, “We are honored to officially become the largest arcade in the world with this installation of the world’s largest Zoltar machine. We take pride in bringing a wide variety of family-friendly entertainment to Atlantic City, and the addition of this iconic fortune-telling machine offers guests a classic experience of wholesome fun.”

The Lucky Snake Arcade is a colossal 200,000 square-foot venue, boasting an impressive array of attractions. Among them is the 40,000 square-foot Raceway Go Kart Indoor Track, providing thrilling experiences for speed enthusiasts. With over 600 games, including pinball, virtual reality adventures, bowling, and more, the arcade ensures endless enjoyment for all its visitors.

The unveiling of the world’s largest Zoltar machine coincides with a series of other exciting attractions that have been introduced at the arcade this summer. Patrons can now groove to the disco-themed roller blading, indulge in state-of-the-art, classic games-themed mini golf, and challenge themselves on the thrilling 40-foot-tall climbing wall.

This expansion of the arcade experience comes on the heels of Bart Blatstein’s unveiling of ISLAND Waterpark on July 4, further cementing Atlantic City’s status as an all-encompassing family destination. ISLAND Waterpark, a spectacular $100 million indoor beachfront waterpark, has already been making waves and, together with Lucky Snake Arcade and its new attractions, reaffirms Atlantic City’s reputation as “America’s Favorite Playground.”

Showboat Resort Atlantic City continues to draw visitors from far and wide, promising an unforgettable and action-packed experience for families and individuals alike. The world’s largest Zoltar machine serves as yet another beacon of entertainment, ensuring that Atlantic City remains at the forefront of exciting and memorable leisure destinations.
