NEW YORK CITY, NY – The NYPD has requested the public’s assistance in identifying individuals connected to a series of robbery and grand larceny incidents across the city.
Incidents occurred on Monday, June 26, and Tuesday, June 27. The victims, all females, were approached by individuals on two-wheeled scooters who swiftly stole items before escaping.
The first reported incident involved a 56-year-old female victim whose wallet was stolen from her bicycle basket.
In the second incident, a 65-year-old woman had her wallet and cellphone snatched from her hands. The third victim, a 42-year-old woman, was assaulted before having her phone forcibly removed.
