PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Hung Chih-Chen. Hung was last seen on Friday, July 21, 2023, sometime between 2:00 am and 3:00 am, when she left her residence at 1100 Porter Street driving her white Mercedes GLA 250. Since then, she has not returned home.
Hung Chih-Chen is described as 43 years old, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing approximately 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and long straight brown hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a short sleeve white shirt and black pants.
