Three Arresteed for Guns, Drugs in Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – Three men were arrested in Atlantic City on Monday by the Atlantic City Police Department.

Koron Still, 25, Alim Tisdale, 32, and Melvin Young, 31, were apprehended in connection to a variety of charges, including drug possession and firearms offences.

Officer John Bell spotted the three men, including Still who had been wanted since June 26 for an alleged altercation and shooting incident.


Officer Bell observed the men entering a vehicle, after which Still attempted to flee on foot. He was caught after a brief chase, during which he discarded a bag containing cocaine and ecstasy.

Officer Melvin Murray III and his K9 partner, Jynx, detected the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Tisdale and Young were found in a nearby residence with several children. A subsequent court-ordered search warrant led to the recovery of a rifle, various ammunition, marijuana, heroin, and drug distribution paraphernalia.
