PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 62-year-old Charles “Chuck” Eure and his 3-year-old grandson, Khali “Ubba” Mercer, both of whom have been reported missing. Charles and Khali were last seen on August 2, 2023, at 12:45 PM, in the area of the 60xx block of Torresdale Ave.
Charles “Chuck” Eure is described as standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white tank top, white and black shorts, and white and black Air Max sneakers. He walks with a black and gold cane. Charles resides in Royersford, Pennsylvania.
Khali “Ubba” Mercer is approximately 3 feet tall, weighing about 35 pounds, with black hair styled in dreads, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue sweatpants, and green, black, & white Jordan sneakers. Khali also resides in Royersford, PA.
