PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 68-year-old endangered missing person, Mingquan You, who was last seen on Thursday, August 3, 2023, in the vicinity of the 3200 block of Teesdale Street.
Mingquan is described as 5′ 7″ tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. Of particular note is that he does not speak English, which may present challenges in communication.
Frequently seen around Lincoln High School, Macy’s shopping center, and Mayfair shopping center, Mingquan’s regular haunts may hold clues to his whereabouts.
