Midtown Arts Center Shooter In Custody

HARRISBURG, PA – The Harrisburg Police took Steven Woodson into custody on Wednesday, for his involvement in a shooting that occurred at the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center (HMAC) on July 14th.

On the incident day, officers arrived at HMAC following reports of a gunshot. Their investigation determined that Woodson had a physical altercation with another HMAC patron.

The confrontation escalated, leading Woodson to shoot at the individual before fleeing the scene. The victim sustained minor injuries.

Woodson now faces multiple charges, including Aggravated Assault, Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, and Possession of an Instrument of Crime, among others.
