Murder Suspect Wanted in Columbus Remains At Large

COLUMBUS, OH – Charges have been filed against two individuals in connection to the homicide of a 44-year-old man, Hajid Jordan, who was reported missing from Maryland. His body was discovered in the parking lot of a Hilliard Rome Rd. business on January 24.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 24-year-old Tajuan Smith, who currently remains at large. The second suspect, 44-year-old William Robertson, has already been arrested and is now incarcerated at the Franklin County Jail.

Authorities are requesting the public’s help in locating Smith. Those with information on his whereabouts are urged to contact the Columbus Police Homicide Bureau at 614-645-4730. Anonymous tips can also be made to Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 614-461-TIPS (8477).
