Two Arrested in Dover for Gun and Drug Charges

DOVER, DE – On Sunday morning, Delaware State Police arrested Jenny Fagan, 35, of Felton, and Antonio Malloy, 46, of Frederica, on multiple charges after a search of their vehicle uncovered drugs and a stolen firearm.

At about 8:27 am, troopers were called to the Royal Farms located at 6 W. Lebanon Road to check on a driver slumped over the wheel.

Upon arrival, Fagan was found not fully conscious and had crack cocaine on her seat. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of various types of drugs, a loaded handgun that was reported as stolen, and additional ammunition. Fagan also had four active warrants for her arrest.

Fagan and Malloy have been charged with multiple felonies, including possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 3 Quantity and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Fagan was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on a $47,700 secured bond, while Malloy was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $41,100 secured bond.
