York City Police Investigate Shooting on East Princess Street

YORK, PA – On Friday, at approximately 7:53 p.m., York City Police responded to a reported shooting on the 200 block of E. Princess St.

Upon arrival, officers found a 20-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is expected to recover. Detectives have been notified and are currently investigating the incident.


The York City Police Department is responsible for investigating shootings in the area.
