Two Horses Dead in New Jersey Trailer Crash

EVESHAM, NJ – On Sunday, at approximately 10:30 am, traffic and patrol units from the Evesham Police Department responded to a collision on the 100 block of Hopewell Road.

The incident involved a single vehicle towing a horse trailer that detached and struck a tree. Both horses inside the trailer were killed in the collision. No human injuries were reported.

The collision led to a temporary closure of a portion of Hopewell Road. The Evesham Police Traffic Bureau is currently investigating the cause of the collision.


This investigation is ongoing, and the Evesham Police Department has not released any further details at this time.
