19-Year-Old Arrested for Multiple Snap Chat Sexual Assaults in Greensburg

GREENSBURG, PA – Christopher Fraser, a 19-year-old former resident of Latrobe, is facing additional charges filed by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office.

Fraser was arraigned on Wednesday and is charged with multiple offenses, including rape of a child and aggravated indecent assault.

The alleged assaults occurred between March and June and involved juvenile female victims ranging in age from 12 to 16 years old. Fraser is accused of communicating with the victims through various means, including email and Snapchat.


Fraser remains incarcerated in the Westmoreland County Prison. His case from June, involving the alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl, is still pending court proceedings.

Pennsylvania State Police are responsible for the ongoing investigation.
