Dallas Cowboys Cruise Past New York Jets with 30-10 Win

ARLINGTON, TX – The Dallas Cowboys solidified their strong start to the season with a decisive 30-10 win over the New York Jets on September 17.

The Cowboys struck first, with quarterback Dak Prescott connecting on a 4-yard pass to Jake Ferguson in the opening quarter. Brandon Aubrey added a 35-yard field goal, bringing the Cowboys’ lead to 10-0.

The Jets managed to respond in the second quarter with a 68-yard pass from Zach Wilson to Garrett Wilson, narrowing the deficit to 10-7. Dallas answered shortly after with a 1-yard pass from Prescott to Luke Schoonmaker and a two-point conversion by Tony Pollard. The Jets ended the half with a 34-yard field goal by Austin Seibert, making it 18-10 in favor of Dallas.


In the second half, the Cowboys pulled away further with a trio of field goals from Brandon Aubrey, who contributed 15 points in total to the team’s score. The Jets failed to make any additional impact, with the scoreboard showing no points for them after halftime.

With a final attendance of 93,689 fans, and a game time of 2 hours and 54 minutes, the Cowboys now hold a 2-0 record under Coach Mike McCarthy. The Jets, led by Coach Robert Saleh, move to 1-1 for the season.
