ALBANY, NY – Seven New York stores sold third-prize-winning tickets for the Sep 16 Powerball drawing, each worth $50,000.

The tickets were sold at the following locations:

  • STEWART’S SHOPS, located at 1050 Western Ave in Albany
  • KINGSBRIDGE TOBACCO & CONVENIENCE, located at 271 E Kingsbridge Rd in Bronx
  • YELLOWSTONE CONVENIENCE STORE, located at 71-69 Yellowstone Blvd in Forest Hills
  • BRAHIMANI KRUPA, located at 161-04 Crossbay Blvd in Howard Beach
  • ASSOCIATED SUPERMARKET, located at 159-04 Harlem River Dr in Manhattan
  • SMOKES 4 LESS, located at 59 North Plank Rd in Newburgh
  • NAZ CARDS & GIFTS, located at 4346 Amboy Rd in Staten Island

Each of these stores sold one ticket worth $50,000.


The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. A separate red Power Ball is drawn from a field of one to 26. The Powerball drawing occurs every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
