Man Charged for Repeatedly Stalking Victim Violated Protection Order

MOUNT JOY, PA – Justin S. Lewis, 25, has been charged with stalking after repeatedly driving past the victim’s residence and parking across the street.

The incident occurred on the 100 Block of Lefever Road in Mount Joy. Lewis has prior Protection From Abuse (PFA) violation charges related to similar behavior.

The defendant’s actions have caused substantial emotional distress to the victim.


Lewis was arrested on Sunday, and is currently facing charges under section 2709.1 (A)(1) for stalking.

Police are continuing their investigation into the matter.
