Toms River is Raving About New Korean BBQ Joint

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The culinary scene in Toms River is changing. From what was once diners, pizzerias and American classic food restaurants, new opportunities are emerging in nearly every corner of the town. Who would have thought we’d have an upscale Korean BBQ joint here in Toms River?

Well, we do now and it’s called K-Pot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot.

If you’re not familiar with it, K-Pot opened over the summer and has been getting rave reviews on food apps like Yelp! It’s pretty much Korean-style hibachi meets Melting Pot.

You have your choice of ramen-style soup or flame bbq at your table. You can even do both. It’s also all you can eat, but eat all that you take.

The options at K-Pot are almost limitless and pretty much anything you can think of is on the menu to make your own version of Korean BBQ and Hot Pot dishes.

It’s a great place. The nearest K-Pot prior to Toms River’s opening was just outside of Philadelphia and another in East Brunswick. Now, Toms River can experience the delights K-Pot has been offering across the region right here at home.

Don’t take my word for it, here’s what Yelpers are saying about it.

“I recently had the pleasure of trying hot pot at K Pot Korean BBQ & Hot pot, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! The moment I walked into the restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was spot on, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home.”

“This was our first time trying Kpot Korean Hot Pot and BBQ. The server Hailey was very friendly and knowledgeable. She looked the time to tell us how to order our food and offered suggestions. When our food arrived at the table she came back and offered to start to prepare it. The food was fresh and tasty. Drinks were good. There was a sauce bar with different types of sauces to accompany your food choices along with spring rolls, chicken nuggets, onion rings, seaweed salad and kimchi. It was a fun experience and I will certainly be back to try the Hot Pot.”

“The landscape of the dining experience has changed in Toms River. Finally we have a Korean BBQ. If you have ever had food at a Kpot restaurant you will not be disappointed. We attended the soft opening at the restaurant and was so happy we did.”
