Route 520 Closed Following Vehicle Collision with Utility Pole in Marlboro

MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, NJ – A motor vehicle accident involving a utility pole has led to the closure of County Route 520 between Ginesi Drive and Crest Drive.

The Marlboro Township Police Department is currently on the scene, directing traffic around the impacted area. Detours are in place to facilitate the movement of vehicles. Utility company JCP&L has been notified and is expected to arrive soon to conduct necessary repairs to the downed wires and pole.

Local authorities recommend avoiding the area while repair efforts are underway. Updates will be provided as soon as the road is cleared and reopened for public use.
