New York State Police Issue AMBER Alert for Abducted 9-Year-Old Near Moreau Lake State Park

GANSEVOORT, NY — The New York State Police have activated an AMBER Alert following the abduction of a 9-year-old girl near Moreau Lake State Park at approximately 6:45 PM on September 30.

The child, Charlotte E. Sena, is a White female with long blonde hair. She is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 90 pounds. She was last seen at Loop A, Site 18 of the state park wearing an orange tie-dye Pokemon shirt, dark blue pants, black crocs, and a gray bike helmet.

Officials urge anyone with information regarding the abduction to call the New York State Police at (518) 457-6811 or to dial 911 for immediate assistance.
