WILLINGBORO, NJ – The Willingboro Police Department is actively investigating a string of burglaries impacting local businesses over the past week. The investigators are looking into three incidents where burglars targeted businesses after hours.
On Monday, officers responded to a break-in at the One Stop Food Mart on Route 130. According to reports, at around 2:00 a.m., an individual clad in a white hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, and gloves forced entry by breaking a rear glass door, stole cash, and fled on foot.
Later that week, on Wednesday, Gaetano’s on Beverly Rancocas Road became the second target. At approximately 12:06 a.m., two individuals wearing masks, black hooded sweatshirts, and gloves shattered the front entrance door, extracted cash from the premises, and departed on foot.
The same day, a third incident unfolded at the Sunoco Gas Station on John F. Kennedy Way. At around 1:06 a.m., two individuals, dressed in black hooded sweatshirts, masks, and gloves, broke a front window, seized cash, and fled the scene on foot.
The Willingboro Police Department is working closely with local businesses and residents, seeking any surveillance footage or information that could aid their investigations.
