Atlantic City Police Arrest Two Following Violent Robbery

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – Two suspects, Anthonia Taylor and Berneisha Crosby, have been arrested by the Atlantic City Police Department in connection with a robbery that occurred on Friday, at 9:34 AM.

Officers responded to Kentucky and Pacific Avenues, finding a 30-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, suffering from multiple stab wounds and serious injuries.

Upon arrival, Officers Troy Grams, Courtney Campbell, and Christopher Campbell rendered immediate aid, including applying a tourniquet, before the victim was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division. Despite serious injuries, they were deemed non-fatal.


The City’s Surveillance Center personnel were instrumental in locating and tracking Taylor and Crosby, who fled onto the Boardwalk and discarded the knife used in the attack.

Officers Scott Sendrick and Maria Borsani apprehended the suspects without incident, discovering that they had stolen numerous personal belongings from the victim.

Both Taylor and Crosby, who also had active warrants for their arrest, face charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, robbery, and conspiracy.
