MORRIS COUNTY, NJ – Antony S. Rodriguez-Santana, 30, from Camden, has been sentenced to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison with a 5-year parole ineligibility period.

Rodriguez-Santana pled guilty on September 12, to the charge of Certain Persons Not to Have Firearms.

The sentence was handed down by Honorable Judge Ralph E. Amirata on October 13.

The conviction stems from an investigation by the Morris County Special Enforcement Unit, revealing that Rodriguez-Santana unlawfully sold firearms and ammunition after a previous conviction for aggravated assault.

Multiple Morris County agencies collaborated in the investigation.
