New Detective Assigned to Morris County Prosecutor’s Office

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ – Detective Thomas Giuliano has been officially appointed to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.

The announcement was made by Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll and Chief of Detectives Robert McNally. A swearing-in ceremony took place on Monday.

Detective Giuliano will serve within the General Investigations Unit, a division of the Courts & Administration. Before this appointment, he was affiliated with the New Jersey Transit Police Department, handling roles such as Community Outreach Officer and other patrol and investigative duties.


His previous tenure also includes serving as a Sheriff’s Officer at the Warren County Sheriff’s Office from 2017 to 2018, where he executed warrants and performed various courtroom and field tasks.

In addition to his practical experience, Detective Giuliano boasts a Bachelor of Arts degree from William Paterson University. Commenting on his induction, Prosecutor Carroll mentioned, “I welcome Detective Giuliano, and believe he will be a great addition to our investigative staff.”
