Kosher Pizzeria Getting Ready to Open at Former Farley’s, Rosko’s Site

JACKSON, NJ — Rosko’s Bagels and Farley’s Homemade Ice Cream, two longstanding Jackson-owned businesses, have closed, ending their presence in the Brewers Bridge Anillop Plaza. The closures come after Rosko’s Bagels was sold a few years ago but continued to operate under the same name until last month, and Farley’s Homemade Ice Cream shut down in late September after 28 years.

Taking their place is Fialkoff’s Kosher Pizza, a chain with operations in Brooklyn, Florida, and Teaneck. Founded in 1973 by Moshe Fialkoff in Monticello, New York, the brand gained traction as a favored spot among summer tourists. Fialkoff’s is now expanding into New Jersey communities familiar with the brand, either from Brooklyn or summer camps in upstate New York.

The arrival of Fialkoff’s Kosher Pizza introduces a new chapter in Jackson’s culinary scene, filling the void left by the closures of local businesses that have served the community for decades.
