NEW YORK, NY – On Saturday, October 28, 2023, at approximately 1646 hours, off-duty NYPD Police Officer Lukasz Mokrzycki, 34, was arrested within the confines of the 9th Precinct. He faces multiple vehicle-related charges, including Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, Motor Vehicle Violation for an Unregistered Vehicle, and License Plate Violation for Improper Plates.
