Home Invaders Chase Man Through His Own House Shooting at Him Before Fleeing

CROFTON, MD – On October 30, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a home invasion and non-contact shooting at a residence in the 1700 block of Leisure Way. Two male suspects, both wearing masks, forced their way into the victim’s home as he was returning. One of the suspects discharged a firearm while chasing the victim through the house and out the back door. The suspects subsequently fled the scene. No injuries were reported, and no property was taken.

Western District detectives have initiated an investigation into the incident. Individuals with information are asked to call 410-222-6155 or the Anne Arundel County Police Tip Line at 410-222-4700.

The suspects are described as a black male in his 20s, medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans and a black male dressed in a black hoodie, black jeans, and black shoes, according to police descriptions.
