Million Dollar Lottery Winning Ticket Sold in Brick Township

TRENTON, NJ – A lucky lottery player in New Jersey has struck gold with a $1,000,000 ticket, while two others have won $10,000 each in the latest Mega Millions drawing as the jackpot climbs to $159 million.

Dave’s Variety in Clifton sold the second-tier winning ticket that matched all five white balls in the October 27 draw, landing the seven-figure prize for one fortunate individual. Two additional tickets hit the third-tier prize, matching four white balls plus the Gold Mega Ball, netting their holders a handsome $10,000 apiece. These tickets were sold in Red Bank and Brick, at a 7-Eleven and The River Rock Sports Bar & Grille, respectively.

The draw also saw 11 players win $500 each for matching four white balls, with three of these tickets having the Megaplier option, quadrupling their winnings to $2,000. Overall, 26,102 New Jersey players won prizes in the recent draw, with total winnings amounting to $133,044 for prizes ranging from $2 to $800.


The winning numbers were 11, 32, 43, 57, and 70, with the Gold Mega Ball at 06 and the Megaplier at 04. Lottery enthusiasts and winners are now looking forward to the next drawing, with the jackpot rolling over to $159 million.
