The most recent charge stems from an incident in the early hours of Thursday on Southern Avenue, Southeast.

As the investigations proceed, authorities urge anyone with information to refrain from intervening and instead contact the police at (202) 727-9099. Alternatively, tips can be submitted anonymously via the department’s text line at 50411.
