MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ – Manchester Township Police Department officers have commenced their participation in the annual No Shave November, forgoing shaving to raise funds for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York City.

The initiative, now in its third year, sees officers grow out their facial hair throughout November, with the aim of supporting the MSKCC. The cancer center, known for its advanced cancer treatment and research, has been instrumental in caring for Manchester Township Police and Emergency Medical Services personnel.

By participating in this fundraiser, Manchester officers aim to contribute to the center that has provided critical care to their colleagues and others within the community. The department sees this as an opportunity to show appreciation and support for the healthcare professionals and researchers at the MSKCC.

Donations through the No Shave November campaign are welcomed. Contributions to support the cause can be made online at MSKCC’s dedicated fundraising page.

The department encourages the community to join in their efforts to back the center’s ongoing fight against cancer, underscoring the kinship between the township and the MSKCC.
