NYPD Child Services Police Captain Facing Multiple Charges

NEW YORK, NY — A New York City Administration for Child Services Police Captain was apprehended late Wednesday evening on multiple charges, including possession of a forged instrument.

David Inshiqaq, 50, was taken into custody at 9:52 PM within the jurisdiction of the 120th Precinct. The off-duty captain is facing allegations of carrying a forged document, disregarding a traffic device, and having improper license plates on his vehicle.

The details surrounding the circumstances of Inshiqaq’s arrest remain limited. The New York City Administration for Child Services has not issued a statement regarding the incident or the status of Inshiqaq’s employment following the arrest.
