With a final score of 21-7 on Friday night, Camden now advances to the Central Jersey Group 3 final, bearing a season record of 9-1.
The defensive strategies shined as the game witnessed a scoreless stalemate until the fourth quarter. The deadlock was finally broken by Holmdel’s Jack Cannon, who dashed through Camden’s defense for an 18-yard touchdown run, with Connor Mendini adding the extra point to lead 7-0.
