The department recommends additional precautions such as discarding food prepared with tap water, using boiled water for cleaning dishes, and avoiding ingestion of water during bathing. The advisory will be lifted pending water quality tests. The Beachwood Water Department is expediting this process and updates will follow. Residents with inquiries are directed to contact Cliff Schiel at the provided telephone number.
