ROCKVILLE, MD – The Rockville City Police Department has issued a public appeal for assistance in locating a missing woman, Elizabeth Ricucci, aged 39. Ricucci was last seen on November 8, 2023, around 12:00 p.m. near Pleasant Circle in Rockville.
She is reported to have been operating a silver/blue 2021 Toyota Corolla, bearing the Maryland registration plate 6EK3548. Concerns have been raised for her wellbeing, both by the police and her family and friends.
The Rockville City Police Department urges anyone with information regarding Ricucci’s whereabouts to contact them at 240-314-8900, a 24/7 available line. Additionally, information can be emailed to the RCPD Investigations Unit at detectives@rockvillemd.gov
