Police Arrest New Jersey Man Who Broke Into Neighbor’s Home to Molest 13-Year-Old Girls

BELLMAWR, NJ – Edward Lynch faces charges including burglary, disarming a police officer, and attempted aggravated sexual assault after an incident on Saturday in Bellmawr, according to Chief William Perna.

The incident involved Lynch attempting to break into a Troy Avenue residence and engage in a sexual act with two 13-year-old girls. During his arrest by Bellmawr officers, Lynch resisted and attempted to disarm one of the officers.

Post-arrest, while receiving medical attention, Lynch assaulted a Bellmawr EMT. He is currently held at the Camden County Jail.
