This training equips officers with essential skills for managing severe medical emergencies.

The focused training session is part of a broader initiative to prepare officers for incidents where immediate medical intervention is necessary. Dr. Curran and his team, renowned for their expertise in trauma care, provided hands-on instruction in techniques designed to control bleeding, a crucial factor in saving lives during emergencies.

This initiative underscores the Cranford Police Department’s commitment to public safety and its proactive approach to emergency preparedness. The skills acquired through this training have previously proven vital in several incidents, enabling officers to provide immediate, potentially life-saving care before medical professionals arrive on the scene.
