ERIE COUNTY, NY – Johnathan J. Rzoska, 41, of Williamsville, has pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including making terroristic threats and witness tampering.

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced the plea, which came as jury selection was about to begin in Rzoska’s trial.

On December 16, 2022, Rzoska sent a threatening text message to a victim, violating an existing protection order.

He also threatened to bomb the Erie County and Williamsville Village Court buildings, leading to their evacuation.

Arrested at the court’s parking lot, Rzoska faces up to 7 years in prison at his sentencing on January 17, 2024. He remains in custody without bail.
