TURTLE CREEK, PA – A confrontation between two men in Turtle Creek has led to assault charges. On the evening of Wednesday, the Allegheny County Police Department responded to a report of a shots fired incident and a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle on Penn Avenue.

Investigations by the General Investigations Unit of Allegheny County Police revealed an altercation outside a business on the 100 block of Penn Avenue.
