Two Baltimore Burglary Suspects Arrested

BALTIMORE, MD — In the early hours of November 24, 2023, Baltimore police responded to a burglary report at a business in the 500 block of South Charles Street. The incident, which occurred around 2:57 a.m., led to the arrest of two suspects identified through investigation and evidence gathered at the scene.

The male complainant informed the officers that two unidentified males had burglarized his business. Following a swift and detailed inquiry, detectives identified the culprits as 20-year-old Walid Elarfaoui and 21-year-old Mohamed Alkashto, both residents of Baltimore.

Elarfaoui and Alkashto were located and apprehended by police while patrolling the Southern District, specifically in the unit block of East Lee Street. The suspects were then transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged with the burglary.
