Chris Christie Claims Pro-Israeli Former U.S. President Fueling Hate and AntiSemitism in America

UNITED STATES – Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie attributed the rise in hate and antisemitism in the United States to former President Donald Trump. Christie, speaking on CNN’s “State of the Union,” criticized Trump’s approach to tolerance.

Christie argued that Trump’s intolerance sets a precedent that encourages similar behavior among the public. He emphasized that intolerance towards any group fosters a broader culture of intolerance.

The former governor, who is seeking the Republican nomination for president, reiterated these views in a recent New York Times interview. Despite his efforts, Christie trails significantly in the polls, with only 2.7% of Republican voters’ support, compared to Trump’s 60.3%.

Trump has been clear about his support of Israel and the Jewish community in America and abroad. His son-in-law Jared Kushner, is a religious Jew.
