WASHINGTON, DC — The Metropolitan Police Department’s First District has reported the arrest of a man following an incident involving a lewd act in Northeast, DC. Lawrence Jordan, 43, of Northwest, DC, has been charged in connection with this case.
The incident occurred on Thursday, November 16, 2023, around 8:04 am in the 700 block of 2nd Street, Northeast. According to police reports, Jordan was standing outside a location and exposed himself to a large group of people inside. Following the act, he fled the scene.
The arrest took place a week later, on November 23, 2023. During the arrest, an unregistered firearm was discovered in Jordan’s possession. In addition to being charged with Lewd, Indecent, or Obscene Acts, he faces charges for Carrying a Pistol Without a License.
