North Korea deploys troops, weapons near border after military pact suspended -Yonhap

SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korea has deployed soldiers and heavy weapons at guard posts near the border with South Korea following the suspension of a military accord between the countries, news agency Yonhap reported on Monday, citing South Korean military officials.
