Welfare Check in Wall Township Leads to Four Drug Arrests

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – A welfare check on a Love Lane residence early Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of four individuals on multiple charges, including drug possession and assault.

At around 3:00 a.m., Wall Township Police were called to a residence in the Allaire Country Club Estates. A 46-year-old Asbury Park man sought help after being assaulted at the Garden State Trailer Park. The police investigation at the scene led to the discovery of various narcotics, including heroin, cocaine, and crack.

Kelly Bennett, 26, of Wall Township, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, among other charges. Bennett was sent to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.


Emiliano Davilla, 39, of Keansburg, faced charges including second-degree robbery and simple assault. He was also transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility. Davilla has admitted to being a member of the Blood Piru Street Gang.

Gina Balzano, 29, of Brick, and Frank Suit, 32, of Neptune, were both charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and other related charges. Their charges were issued via a summons.
