BALTIMORE, MD – A significant development has occurred in a homicide case dating back to August 17th. Baltimore Police have arrested a 15-year-old male in connection with the fatal shooting of Robert Wagner.
The incident initially came to light when Southwest District patrol officers responded to a crash report in the 700 block of West Saratoga Street. Upon arrival, they discovered an 18-year-old male, later identified as Wagner, inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds.
Investigation led detectives to the Eastern District’s 600 block of Cherry Blossom Way, where the shooting allegedly took place. The 15-year-old suspect, a Baltimore resident, was apprehended on November 30, 2023, by the Warrant Apprehension Taskforce Detectives in the 2600 block of Quantico Avenue.
Following the arrest, the teen was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged with first-degree murder.
