NYPD Still Seeking Suspect in November Groping Incident

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance to identify a suspect in a forcible touching case.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 19, at around 4:40 pm near Fulton Street and Verona Place. The victim, a 29-year-old woman, reported being inappropriately touched by an unknown male who subsequently fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a male in his mid-20s to early 30s, about 5’10” tall, with a medium build. He has black hair and brown eyes.


His last seen attire included a dark blue NY Yankees baseball cap, a dark blue zip-up sweater with white stripes, and distinctive orange and red shoes.

The New York City Police Department has made available media depicting the suspect for public viewing at the Department of Criminal Public Information (DCPI). The department asks anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline or submit tips online.
