Montgomery County Police Seek Public Help in 7-Eleven Armed Robbery Case

SILVER SPRING, MD – The Montgomery County Police Department’s Major Crimes Division is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a 7-Eleven in Silver Spring. The incident took place on November 25th in the 10200 block of New Hampshire Avenue. Detectives have released surveillance footage and are requesting public assistance to identify the suspects.

Two suspects entered the store, approached the counter, and ordered employees not to move. One suspect opened the cash register and took an undisclosed sum of money, while the other, armed with a gun in his waistband, filled a bag with items from behind the counter. The suspects fled in a white Dodge minivan.

Both suspects are described as Black males, around 5 feet 7 inches tall with a slim build. The first suspect wore dark clothing and a black mask, with hair styled in locs. The second suspect also wore dark clothing, had a thin black beard, and carried a duffel bag.
