Aberdeen Township Police Arrest Suspect in Aggravated Sexual Assault Case

ABERDEEN TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Aberdeen Township Police Department has announced the arrest of Julio Ozoria-Bencosme from Carteret, following a five-month investigation. Ozoria-Bencosme is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a minor.

The detectives of Aberdeen Township have been dedicated to this case, working tirelessly to ensure that the victim’s account is fully represented and justice is pursued. Acknowledging the sensitive nature of the case, involving a juvenile, the department has stated that only limited details are currently available for release to the public.

The Aberdeen Township Police Department is seeking additional information about this case. They are also reaching out to individuals who may have had previous encounters of a similar nature with the defendant.
