Boston Man Arrested for Stabbing on Columbus Avenue

BOSTON, MA – Christopher Wild, a 56-year-old resident of Boston, was arrested early Saturday, following a stabbing incident.

Boston Police Department officers responded to a report of a person with a knife at 209 Columbus Avenue around 2:30 AM.

Upon arrival, officers found a victim with a stab wound to the hand. Boston EMS was called to the scene, and the victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Based on a description provided, police located and arrested Wild, who had fled in a vehicle.


He faces charges of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon and is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
