Late-Night Shooting in Lancaster City Leaves One Injured

LANCASTER, PA – In the early hours of Saturday, Lancaster City Police officers responded to a shooting incident near S Christian St. and Woodward St.

The event, reported around 3 AM, resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to one individual, who was subsequently transported to LGH for medical attention.

Officers at the scene discovered numerous shell casings along the 500 block of Woodward St., with the gunfire impacting several houses and vehicles in the vicinity.


A witness reported observing a group of juveniles fleeing post-shooting.
